Quality Improvement Foundation Training Course

Wessex Academic Health Science Network provide an online foundation level course which gives an introduction to Quality Improvement Methodologies. This training course is provided free of charge and is available to all healthcare staff and patient/carer partners across Wessex as well as others interested in supporting or delivering improvement.

Aimed at all staff groups and patient/carer partners, this course introduces the ‘Model for Improvement’ and some practical improvement tools such as PDSA cycles, followed by a short quiz at the end of each module. It takes approximately two hours to complete and on completing all the modules a certificate of completion can be printed off. This can be used as evidence of CPD activity for personal or professional re-validation portfolios. To access the course or to find out more information please click here
