National Bed Month (website of the month)

The month of March is “National Bed Month.”

Sleep is something many of us take for granted, with life distractions such as young children, long shifts, studying or insomnia, we often do not get the recommended daily amount of sleep time.


The Sleep Council has sponsored this month in an aim to make people aware of what they can do to gain a better night’s sleep.
